Among them, the development scale index was 357.6, up 36.5% year-on-year; The development capability index and the development trend index were 191.2 and 81.2, respectively, with an increase of over 8 percentage points year-on-year; The service quality index was 273.6, a year-on-year decrease of 9.4%. Overall, the scale strength of the industry has been enhanced, the service capacity has been steadily improved, and the development trend has continued to improve.

　　In February, the scale index of express delivery development was 357.6, up 36.5% year-on-year. Since February last year included the Spring Festival holiday, the scale base was low. It is estimated that the express delivery business volume in February this year will increase by 36% and 38% respectively. In February, the development of the industry accelerated, with an average daily business volume of nearly 340 million pieces. As of February 8, it has exceeded 10 billion pieces, 40 days ahead of 2019 and 2 days ahead of 2022. In the middle and late period, students’ return to school and other factors promoted the further growth of delivery demand, and the average daily business volume remained at around 350 million pieces. The industry scale was stable and improved, ensuring the accelerated development of online consumption.

　　In February, the express service quality index was 273.6, down 9.4% year-on-year. Judging from the sub-indicators, the public satisfaction of express delivery service is expected to be 81.6 points, up 1.6 points year-on-year. The 72-hour punctuality rate in key areas is expected to be 78.3%, up 7.3 percentage points year-on-year. The effective complaint rate of express delivery is expected to be 1.2 parts per million. Affected by the Spring Festival, the lag of some complaints lowered the service quality index, but overall, the service time limit was significantly improved, and users’ experience in unmanned distribution was enhanced. First, the delivery service of flowers and trees has been continuously improved. According to the characteristics of flowers and trees, express delivery enterprises reduce transshipment links when entering the source of goods, reduce the loss of delivered goods through real-time temperature control and fine zoning, systematically integrate special line transportation resources, create a "aviation+high-speed rail+cold chain" model, and improve transportation quality and efficiency. Second, technology empowerment helps to improve timeliness. Express delivery enterprises put distribution robots into use in shopping malls and buildings to realize automatic driving, cloud call notification and real-time accurate positioning, and provide users with simpler and faster delivery services. The application of unmanned aerial vehicles to the cross-Qiongzhou Strait delivery service will greatly shorten the delivery time, enhance the radiation-driven role of central cities, promote the sharing of resources across the Qiongzhou Strait, and improve the quality of life of surrounding residents. Third, supply chain services have achieved new development. According to the service demand of manufacturing industry, express delivery enterprises promote the intelligence and specialization of packaging and the refinement and visualization of transportation, enhance the integration of digital information with manufacturing enterprises, continuously upgrade the service level of warehouse allocation, help customers intelligently divide warehouses nationwide, and realize inventory optimization and efficient performance.Provide assistance for the development of industries such as wine and drink, fast-moving consumer goods and Internet medical care.

Industry-owned airlines signed nine aircraft purchase agreements, adding "Xi ‘an — Phuket ""Xi ‘an — Ulaanbaatar’s international route, the independent air transport capacity of countries along the Belt and Road and RCEP areas has been further improved. Dalian airport transshipment center is running, and the sorting and transshipment capacity of air express has been enhanced. On the other hand, the pace of enterprises going to sea has accelerated. Express delivery companies successfully launched "China — Laos — Thailand’s international cold chain class helps Yunnan agricultural products cross the border. Integrate various transportation resources of land, sea and air, and customize the international e-mail delivery route to Mexico, and the end-to-end cross-border service capability has been enhanced. Self-operated warehouses were launched in Los Angeles, and multi-warehouses cooperated to promote the service efficiency of North American supply chain.
