In the aspect of acoustic environment, the quality of urban acoustic environment in daytime in the whole province is generally good. The daytime traffic acoustic environmental quality evaluation of roads in 12 cities is "good", accounting for 75%. The compliance rate of noise functional zones in the province is higher in daytime than at night, and the compliance rate of three types of acoustic environmental functional zones is higher than other types of acoustic environmental functional zones.

In terms of radiation environment, the level of environmental ionizing radiation in the province remained stable. The overall quality of electromagnetic environment is good. In terms of ecological environment, by the end of 2019, there were 45 nature reserves at or above the provincial level, with a total area of 728,262 hectares, including 7 national nature reserves with an area of 219,543 hectares; There are 38 provincial nature reserves covering an area of 508,719 hectares. Promote the inspector of ecological environmental protection-

Consolidate and improve the prevention and control of water pollution-

The fourth is to carry out the prevention and control of groundwater pollution in a solid manner. Marine environmental protection—

The province has identified 147 bay lengths at all levels, achieving full coverage of three bay lengths in provinces, cities and counties.

First, resolutely fight the tough battle for comprehensive management of the Bohai Sea. Consolidate the marine environmental protection governance pattern of departmental linkage and land-sea coordination, and all 12 key tasks of Bohai in 2019 will be completed.
