Investment and trade are more open and active. VII. Safeguard measures
Strengthen the guidance and restraint function of this plan, establish and improve the guarantee mechanism for the implementation of the plan, promote the reform of the business environment in strict accordance with the ideas, principles and objectives put forward in the plan, ensure the solid and effective implementation of the planning objectives and tasks, and promote the continuous progress and breakthroughs in the reform of the business environment in Beijing.
