Take the subway home and die suddenly on the platform of Line 6.
According to the family of Jin Bo, deputy editor-in-chief of Tianya Community, on June 29th, Jin Bo got off work at 6: 00 p.m., took Metro Line 10 and transferred to Line 6, and set off from Wudaokou’s company to the thatched cottage’s home. If there is nothing to delay, Jin Bo will usually get home around 7: 30.
At 6: 47 that night, his wife Deng Yan received a phone call from Jin Bo. "He talked about shaoyaoju, and he will be home in half an hour so that I can cook."
But at 7: 14 in the evening, Deng Yan received a call from Jinbo’s number again, but there was a strange and urgent voice telling Deng Yan that Jinbo fainted and lost consciousness on the platform of Hujialou subway.
According to eyewitness Ms. Xu, at 7 o’clock that night on the platform of Metro Line 6, she saw Jin Bo fall to the ground, surrounded by crowds of onlookers, and some people began to give artificial respiration to Jin Bo spontaneously.
In the live video recorded by Ms. Xu, two women were giving artificial respiration to Jin Bo in purple short-sleeved shirt and denim shorts, and then a foreign woman who claimed to be an emergency doctor pressed Jin Bo’s chest. At the same time, in the video, there are subway staff to guide the crowd, reminding passers-by not to watch and not to disturb the first aid process. Others said that the family of the man who fainted to the ground had been notified by phone, and his family was rushing to the scene.
At about 7: 50 pm, Jin Bo’s friend Mr. Wu arrived at the Hujialou subway station where the accident happened. Mr. Wu described that when he arrived, several women who were rescued were still there, and 999 emergency personnel were doing cardiopulmonary resuscitation, but Jin Bo seemed to have no response at that time. "I said to send it to Chaoyang Hospital quickly. The emergency personnel carried Jin Bo on the stretcher and sent it to the ambulance at the subway station to drive to the hospital."
The distance on the map shows that the distance from Hujialou subway station to Chaoyang Hospital is no more than 2 kilometers. According to Mr. Wu’s description, after more than 10 minutes, he arrived at the hospital with the ambulance. But unfortunately, Jin Bo finally died unfortunately.

I often stayed up late to have a pair of twin daughters.
Deng Yan clearly remembers that when sending Jin Bo into the intensive care room, the time stopped at 8: 09.
Deng Yan is thin and capable. From the night of 29th to 30th, she didn’t sleep a wink almost all night. "When I close my eyes, all I can think of is him lying there."
Friends who arrived overnight after the incident arranged Deng Yan in a hotel nearest to the hospital, and other friends, relatives and colleagues came one after another.
If nothing happens, Deng Yan will attend a meeting in Beijing on the 30th, and the two children will follow Jin Bo to the office. This was a rare gathering after the husband and wife separated from each other. My wife works in Hangzhou with her twin daughters Xiaoyi (a pseudonym) and Xiao Si (a pseudonym), and Jin Bo is in Beijing, but every month the family always takes time to get together, "Let the children see their father." But this time together, finally ended in sadness.
Most of the time, Deng Yan was very calm and repeatedly told people around him: "I’m fine, I won’t let my child’s sky fall." Only in the face of relatives who came from their hometown in Jiangsu, at a certain moment, Deng Yan would burst into tears: "Xiaoyi and Xiao Si asked me if I wanted my father. What should I do?"
Jin Bo, a 34-year-old, was the deputy editor-in-chief of Tianya Community before his death. His screen name on Tianya Forum was "Ivan" and he was a well-known media person. With the news that Jin Bo died of a sudden illness in the subway, some netizens on Tianya Forum began to recall him spontaneously.
"Simple and honest, peaceful" is the most praised by colleagues and friends around Jin Bo. When friends are busy, Jin Bo can always help. Jin Bo is full of passion and has many ideas about his work. "He always said that there are many cattle people in the end of the world, and there must be a platform to bring them together." Deng Yan, his wife, recalled.
However, working in an Internet company, the stress at work and daily staying up late are almost normal. Jin Bo’s colleague recalled that before leaving work on the day of the incident, Jin Bo was still talking with him about social hot issues and the revision plan of Tianya Daily. "Always remind him not to stay up late at night. He agreed and promised to come back to Hangzhou with us. If he had gone back a few months earlier, would it have been all right …" In the hotel, Jin Bo’s relatives asked their friends around him.
After living in two places for many years, Jin Bo and his wife have been a little tired. Before the incident, Jin Bo proposed to transfer to the Shanghai branch to see the children in Hangzhou on weekends. For this reason, the couple have already started looking for a house in Shanghai. But now, all plans are stuck in the unexpected moment on June 29.

Expert: The first aid system in public places such as subway needs to be improved.
According to the hospital, the family members were informed that Jin Bo was a sudden death and had no vital signs when he was sent to the hospital, but the specific cause of sudden death needed autopsy to determine. But now, Deng Yan and his family have more questions, and they hope to answer them by watching the surveillance video of the incident.
"When did Jinbo’s fainting happen? When did passengers start to be rescued? When did the emergency personnel arrive? When did they go to the hospital? What did the subway staff do during this period?" The family entrusted a lawyer to raise the above questions.
Not only did Jin Bo die after a sudden illness at the subway station, but another media reported that at about 6: 20 pm on June 30, a man at Jintai Road Station of Metro Line 6 suddenly fainted. After being rescued by emergency personnel, the fainted man regained consciousness. The occurrence of similar incidents in succession has also triggered netizens’ concern and heated discussion on the first aid system. Some netizens pointed out that the subway station is a public place with a dense flow of people. Should it be equipped with some necessary first aid equipment? In addition, some netizens said that the staff of the subway station should also be able to participate in first aid.
Yu Ying, a well-known medical person and CEO of the US-China Yihe Comprehensive Outpatient Center, said that the sudden death of Jin Bo in the subway station reflected the lack of the subway’s own first aid system, and the first aid system in public places such as the subway needs to be improved.
According to Yu Ying, 4-5 minutes after the incident is the best first aid time for patients with cardiac arrest outside the hospital. "There are three links to be done. The first is to call 120 and other emergency calls in time. The second is to carry out high-quality cardiopulmonary resuscitation without interruption. The third is to use automated external defibrillator (AED) for first aid."
Combined with the video of passers-by participating in first aid on the Internet, Yu Ying analyzed that after Jin Bo fell to the ground, some passers-by did carry out cardiopulmonary resuscitation, but they did not insist on cardiopulmonary resuscitation based on chest compression. At the same time, the subway has fixed staff. As public service personnel, they should improve the training of first aid knowledge and conduct exercises every three months to deal with emergencies.

Subway employees: most subway stations are equipped with stretchers with first-aid kits and other facilities.
The reporter of Beiqing Daily learned from the subway staff that, generally speaking, if a passenger is conscious, he will communicate with the passenger and ask if he needs treatment. If the sick passenger is in serious condition, he will call the emergency number immediately, and then stay with the passenger and wait for the emergency personnel to arrive.
At the same time, a station head of Beijing subway combed the general situation of subway staff training. "At present, half of the station attendants have received formal first-aid training and obtained first-aid certificates. The so-called station attendant is the grassroots employee of the subway. In addition to the station attendant, there are subway workers such as the comprehensive controller, and these people do not have first aid certificates. However, security guards and other personnel in the subway have basically not received formal first aid training. According to preliminary statistics, people with first aid certificates account for about 30% to 40% of subway employees. "
In addition, Yu Ying emphasized that in some countries with good public infrastructure measures, automated external defibrillator (AED) will be equipped in public places for emergency treatment of cardiac arrest. "But at present, the subway station has not been equipped with corresponding equipment."
In this regard, the subway staff said that there are also some basic first-aid facilities available in the subway station. As early as the end of 2013, the Beijing Red Cross Society had equipped 520 first-aid kits for all subway stations. In 2014, the basic configuration of the first aid kit was completed. At present, all subway stations basically have first aid kits. The first-aid kit contains band-AIDS, disinfectant, bandages, mouth-to-mouth respirator and other items, which are mainly used to deal with trauma. In addition, most subway stations are equipped with stretchers to help the injured in emergencies.
However, the staff also said that the defibrillation facilities suggested by first-aid experts are not available in the Beijing subway station for the time being.
